Terms of Use
These terms are provisional and remain subject to formal legal and regulatory review before Sigma opens Full School enrolment.
Educational service
Sigma provides digital learning, assessment, progress monitoring and selected support services. Pilot, partial and planned programmes must not be interpreted as a promise that every grade, subject, qualification or service is currently open.
Accounts and authorised access
Users must use their own authorised accounts, keep credentials private and provide accurate enrolment and payment information. Parent or guardian authority may be required for child accounts, linked learner records and selected services.
Payments and activation
Published fees describe Sigma's approved pricing schedule. A chargeable service begins only when the relevant enrolment, membership or service is actually activated. Draft or unavailable programmes cannot be purchased merely because a public price is displayed.
Academic integrity
Sigma may teach, coach, provide feedback and support coursework planning, but does not complete assessed work on behalf of learners. Qualification, examination and institution rules remain applicable.
Privacy and learner information
Personal and educational information must be handled according to Sigma's approved privacy practices and applicable law. The current privacy notice identifies areas still requiring final legal verification before launch.
Final approval required
Cancellation, refunds, dispute handling, liability, governing-law language and any contractual terms affecting families must be finalised through Sigma's legal-readiness process before commercial Full School launch.
