What is Sigma Caribbean Virtual Academy?
Sigma is a developing Caribbean-rooted virtual learning platform based on structured autonomous learning, supported by educators and specialist services where available.
Is every grade and subject available now?
No. Published pathways describe the planned range of programmes. Not all grade and subject content has been fully built, tested or approved for general enrolment. Confirm availability before registering or paying.
Can learners study at any time?
The intended online learning environment supports independent activity at any hour. Staffed teaching, support and replies follow published service schedules.
Are live classes included?
Normal programme-related live assistance and applicable scheduled classes are intended to be included for Full School students. Other members may need to book and pay for live sessions. Optional private tutoring may carry an extra fee.
How does Sigma support learners with additional needs?
Sigma is developing accommodation, assessment, intervention and support workflows. Available arrangements must be agreed with relevant staff and families; do not assume every support service is immediately staffed.
Are qualification and accreditation claims verified?
Do not assume that projected programmes automatically award accredited certificates, external examination entry or regulated qualifications. Confirm credential and provider status directly before enrolling.
Can I get help choosing a career?
Career Discovery includes a free introductory interest assessment and additional paid packages. These are exploration tools, not validated aptitude diagnoses. AI guidance depends on available API credit and service status.
When should I pay?
Only after Sigma confirms that your selected programme or paid service is operational, that your application is eligible, and that official payment instructions are available.
How do I access account support?
Use the sign-in portal and its account recovery options. Signed-in learners can access the Student Support area, where services are available.
